ARAB NATIVE COSTUMES
These costumes were created by Dottie Linville. Costumes can be custom ordered for you and your horse. If you order a costume, it can be made in about a month. Custom costumes range in price from $850 (costume on left) to $2700 (blue costume below). It depends on how many details you want.
A 50% deposit is due on all costumes at the time of ordering with the balance due at the time of shipping. All costumes come with the bridle/poll piece, breast collar, horse's blanket, and rider robe & veil. The robe and veil are designed to fit most adults). Saddle not included.
I made and debuted the blue costume for our first Class
A show in 2001. The
costume is blue felt lined with vinyl. Has blue and gold appliques and
gold beaded appliques. There is also lots of gold loop trim, many gold
coin belts, and over 100 handmade tassels. It is decorated with blue
cobalt marble jewels and gold hologram sequins and comes with a full
bridle.
The bridle has snaps for easy change outs, including snaps on the reins. The brow band is completely adjustable and has gold and crystal gem stones set in center.
The robe is made from the same blue and gold appliqués that you see on the blanket and has a gold bead applique on the back, at the corners of the robe and also on the closure at the neck. Included are a gold shirt and pair of blue harem pants to match. The veil is trimmed in gold coins and the entire costumes sounds wonderful when the horse moves.
This
costume is being modeled by Farley and was hand made by Dottie. Please

The costume is tiger print with silk tassels, copper bracelets, and lots of jewels. It include lots of gold and black gimp trim.
The riders costume is an original crème robe from Jordan, with a three tiered Black and Gold agal, and a tiger print silk veil trimmed in iridescence beads. Photos of the rider's costume will be available soon.
